WILD FIRE VEGETABLE PASTA

Ingredients Weight Measure
TABASCO® Vinaigrette (see below) 1/2 cup
Broccoli florets, blanched 1/2 cup
Red onion, chopped 1/4 cup
Spiced black olives 1/4 cup
Tomatoes, diced 1 cup
Squash, sliced 1 cup
Roasted red pepper strips 1/2 cup
Penne pasta, cooked 2 lbs.

TABASCO® Vinaigrette

Ingredients Weight Measure
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Balsamic vinegar 1-1/2 cups
Basil, fresh, chopped 1 Tbsp.
Mint, fresh, chopped 1 tsp.
Parmesan cheese, grated 1 cup
Olive oil 1 cup

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
  2. Toss gently to coat pasta and vegetables with TABASCO® Vinaigrette.

Yield: 4 servings
