Ingredients Weight Measure
Sharp white cheddar cheese, grated 4 oz.
Cream cheese, softened 4 oz.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Biscuit dough 8 oz.


  1. In bowl, combine cheddar cheese, cream cheese and TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce; blend well.
  2. Form cheese into wheel and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  3. Roll out biscuit dough and place cheese in center.
  4. Fold out biscuit dough around cheese and seal edges.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 15-18 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.

Yield: 1 wheel
