CHIPOTLE RIB SANDWICH

TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 3 tsp.
Barbecue sauce 3 cups
Boneless ribs, processed, 4 oz. 12 ea.
French bread, 5" section, split as needed

Method

  1. To make barbecue sauce, mix TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce and barbecue sauce in small pan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and use as a base for ribs.
  2. Marinate ribs in barbecue sauce; heat through.
  3. Place 1 rib on bottom half of bread; cover with top half.
  4. Serve with extra TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce.

Yield: 12 sandwiches
