TEXAS CHICKEN STICKS WITH ROSEMARY TOMATO SAUCE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Pizza dough, thin crust, 7" disc 4 ea.
All-purpose flour as needed
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 1/2 cup
Egg wash as needed
Chicken, cooked, small diced 1/2 cup
Tomato sauce, prepared 8 oz.
Rosemary, ground 1 tsp.

Method

  1. Flour both sides of pizza dough and then roll out dough until about 10" round.
  2. Cut dough in 1/2, orient with flat edge at top and round edge at bottom.
  3. For each half, brush top of dough with TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce and then egg wash.
  4. Place 1-2 Tbsp. of chicken along bottom edge of dough.
  5. Roll dough, envelope, folding sides in every second turn. Seal.
  6. Bake in 350°F oven for 8-10 minutes.
  7. Bring tomato sauce and rosemary to simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
  8. Serve 2 sticks with 2 oz. of Rosemary tomato sauce.
