Ingredients Weight Measure
Unsalted butter, room temperature 3 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 1 Tbsp.
Salt and pepper to taste
Sour-dough bread, sandwich cut 24 slices
Deli ham, sandwich cut 24 slices
Swiss cheese, sandwich cut 24 slices

Method

  1. In stainless steel bowl, combine butter and TABASCO® Sauce until well mixed. Adjust seasoning to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. For each sandwich, coat 1 side each of 2 slices of bread with 1-1/2 tsp. butter mixture. Place 2 slices of deli ham and two slices of Swiss cheese between the non-buttered sides of the sliced bread.
  3. Using a preheated nonstick skillet, lightly toast each buttered side of the sandwich until golden brown and cheese is melted.

Yield: 12 sandwiches
