Blue cheese dressing, prepared 1/2 cup
TABASCO® brand Buffalo Style Hot Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Celery, chopped 1/4 cup
Vegetable oil As needed
Cod fillets, 6 oz. ea. 12 ea.
Salt and pepper to taste
All-purpose flour as needed
Eggs, slightly beaten 6 ea.
Sub rolls 12 ea.


  1. In a bowl, combine the blue cheese dressing, TABASCO® Buffalo Style Hot Sauce and chopped celery.
  2. For each sandwich: In large skillet heat the vegetable oil until just smoking. Liberally season the cod fillets and dust with flour and then dip in eggs and place in the hot oil. Cook until coating is golden brown on both sides and fish is cooked through (6-8 minutes). Remove from the oil and allow fat to drain.
  3. Spread each sub roll with some blue cheese dressing, place cooked fish on top.

Yield: 12 sandwiches
