BROCCOLI AND CHEESE FONDUE

Ingredients Weight Measure
Velveeta® Processed Cheese 1 lb.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 2 Tbsp.
Italian seasoning 1 tsp.
Romano cheese, grated 1/4 cup
Broccoli, florets, steamed 3 lbs.

Method

  1. Mix everything except broccoli in double-boiler.
  2. Melt over medium-low heat to prevent scorching; pour into fondue pot for service.
  3. Serve with steamed broccoli florets.
