POT ROAST STROMBOLI

Ingredients Weight Measure
All-purpose flour as needed
Pizza dough, frozen, 16" 1 ea.
Cooked pot roast 1 lb.
Cooked mashed potatoes 8 oz.
Brown gravy 8 oz.
Shredded cheddar cheese 8 oz.
TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce 4 tsp.

Method

  1. Flour table, roll out dough to 1/4" and cut into 4 triangles.
  2. Fill each with 4 oz. beef and 2 oz. each potatoes, gravy and cheese. Place beef on the point of the triangle near you, with the wide side away.
  3. Top filling with 1 tsp. TABASCO® Sauce and roll Stromboli style, wetting edges with water to seal, and crimp edge.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and inside is hot.
