Ingredients Weight Measure
Chick peas, drained 2 cups
Tahini 1/4 cup
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 1/4 cup
Soy sauce 3 Tbsp.
Curry powder 2 tsp.
Onion, finely chopped 1/4 cup
Lemon juice 1/2 tsp.
Garlic salt 2 tsp.


  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend at high speed until mixture is smooth and evenly colored.
  2. Place under refrigeration for 5 hours before service.
  3. Serve with pita chips or your favorite crackers.

Yield: 1 pound
