Ingredients Weight Measure
Chicken breast meat, trimmed 2 lbs.
Celery, finely chopped 1/3 cup
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce 1/4 cup
Mayonnaise 3/4 cup


  1. Place a 4-qt. pan on the stove half filled with lightly salted water; bring to a full rolling boil.
  2. Add the chicken meat and boil for about 10 minutes; remove a piece of the breast meat and cut in half to ensure that it is cooked.
  3. Place the meat in a colander under cold running water and chill the cooked chicken.
  4. Cut the chicken into a fine dice and place in a 4-qt. mixing bowl.
  5. Add remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix together well.
  6. Better if let stand at least 4 hours before serving.
