Ingredients Weight Measure
Italian parsley, fine chop 4 cups
Cilantro, fine chop 1 cup
Fresh basil, fine chop 3/4 cup
Fresh thyme, fine chop 3/4 cup
Onion, fine dice 1-1/2 cups
Olive oil 4 cups
Red pepper, roasted, chopped 3 cups
Garlic, fine chop 1/4 cup
Fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup
Fresh lime juice 1/4 cup
Salt 4 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Green JalapeƱo Pepper Sauce 1-1/4 cups

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Place in airtight package and let set 8 hours before service.
