Salad

Ingredients Weight Measure
Tomatoes, large, ripe, skinned and quartered 12 ea.
Green peppers, large, in strips 2 ea.
Red onions, large, in rings 2 ea.
Cucumbers, seeded and sliced 2 ea.

Dressing

Ingredients Weight Measure
Vinegar 1-1/3 cups
Celery salt 1 Tbsp.
Mustard seed 1 Tbsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
Sugar 3 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce 2 tsp. to 1 Tbsp.
Water, cold 1/2 cup

Method

  1. To make salad, in a stainless steel bowl, combine tomatoes, peppers, onions and cucumbers. Set aside.
  2. In a separate stainless steel bowl, mix ingredients for Dressing.
  3. Pour dressing over vegetables and serve.

Yield: 12 servings
