CHIPOTLE BARBECUED CHICKEN

 Ingredients Weight Measure
      
 Ketchup

3/4 cup
 Dijon mustard

2 Tbsp.
 Red wine vinegar

2 Tbsp.
 Brown sugar

2 Tbsp.
 TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce

1 tsp.
 Chicken, drumsticks or thighs

6 ea.
 Salt and pepper

to taste

Method

1Preheat oven to 350°F.
2Combine first five ingredients to make a sauce.
3Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
4Brush the chicken with half the sauce and bake for 30 minutes.
5Remove from oven, brush remaining sauce on chicken and return to oven for an additional 30 minutes.
