BREAKFAST SCRAMBLE QUESADILLA

 Ingredients Weight Measure
      
 Eggs, beaten

2 ea.
 Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce

1/2 tsp.
 Flour tortilla

1 ea.
 Parmesan cheese, shredded
2-1/2 oz.
 TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce

1/2 tsp.

Method

1In a small mixing bowl, combine eggs and Original TABASCO® Pepper Sauce. Add ingredients to a nonstick pan and scramble. Set aside.
2Lightly grill one flour tortilla. Spread half of Parmesan cheese on grilled tortilla.
3Place scrambled eggs on cheese and sprinkle remaining cheese on egg.
4Top with second tortilla and carefully flip the entire quesadilla and grill other side until cheese begins to melt.
5Sprinkle TABASCO® Green Pepper Jalapeño Sauce before serving.
