KICKIN' CHICKEN POT PIE WRAP

 Ingredients Weight Measure
      
 Chicken breast
1-1/2 lbs.
 Onion, julienne
1/2 oz.
 Carrots, thin julienne
1/2 oz.
 Celery, thin julienne
1/2 oz.
 Chicken, velouté
1 oz.
 TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce

1/2 Tbsp.
 Salt and pepper

to taste
 Tortilla, flour 12"

1 ea.
 Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
1 oz.

Method

1Grill chicken breast and julienne.
2Sauté onions, carrots and celery until tender.
3Add Chicken velouté, TABASCO® Chipotle Pepper Sauce, salt and pepper.
4Add cooked chicken and turn off heat.
5Place in center of tortilla. Add cheese and fold like a burrito.
6Slice into sections.

Yield: 1 serving
