GRILLED TROPICALE TURKEY BITES WITH TABASCO® HABANERO & MANGO DIPPING SAUCE

Turkey Bites

 Lemongrass stalks, cut in quarters lengthwise

6 ea.
 Turkey, ground
2 lbs.
 Mango pulp

1-1/2 Tbsp.
 Lime zest

1 Tbsp.
 Coconut, shredded and unsweetened

6 Tbsp.
 Cilantro, chopped fine

2 Tbsp.
 Honey, liquid

1-1/2 Tbsp.
 Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce

1-1/2 Tbsp.
 Nutmeg

1 tsp.
 Olive oil

for brushing
 Lime, fresh, slices

 Sugarcane, grilled

TABASCO® Habanero & Mango Dipping Sauce
 Ingredients Weight Measure
      
 Mango pulp

1/2 cup
 TABASCO® brand Habanero Sauce

3 Tbsp.
 Yogurt

Method

1For the Turkey Bites, soak lemongrass in water for 30 minutes, then pat dry.
2Mix remaining ingredients except olive oil in bowl. Mold a tablespoon of mixture around lemongrass stalk using wet hands, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3Brush ridged grill pan with olive oil. Cook the bites for about 8-10 minutes, or until cooked, turning occasionally.
4For the TABASCO® Habanero & Mango Dipping Sauce, mix all ingredients thoroughly.
5To serve, arrange Turkey Bites on plate, accompanied by TABASCO® Habanero & Mango Dipping Sauce. Garnish with fresh lime slices and grilled sugarcane.

Yield: 12-15 servings
