TABASCO® Habanero & Mango Dipping Sauce

Method
| 1 |  | For the Turkey Bites, soak lemongrass in water for 30 minutes, then pat dry. |

| 2 |  | Mix remaining ingredients except olive oil in bowl. Mold a tablespoon of mixture around lemongrass stalk using wet hands, and refrigerate for 30 minutes. |

| 3 |  | Brush ridged grill pan with olive oil. Cook the bites for about 8-10 minutes, or until cooked, turning occasionally. |

| 4 |  | For the TABASCO® Habanero & Mango Dipping Sauce, mix all ingredients thoroughly. |

| 5 |  | To serve, arrange Turkey Bites on plate, accompanied by TABASCO® Habanero & Mango Dipping Sauce. Garnish with fresh lime slices and grilled sugarcane. |
