BLUEBERRY CRISP WITH HABANERO YOGURT AND MINT

1/2 cup
Butter
1/4 tsp.
Yogurt

TABASCO
®
Brand Habanero Sauce
1 tsp.
Lemon juice
1 Tbsp.
Honey
2 Tbsp.
Mint
8 sprigs
Method

Wash and drain blueberries and place on the bottom of 9 in pan.

Place granulated sugar and zest of one lemon on top.

In a stainless steel bowl mix brown sugar, flour, and butter together until the topping resembles small pea sized pieces.

Sprinkle topping over berries and bake at 350
°
until the topping is brown, approx. 20 minutes. Remove and cool.

Mix yogurt, TABASCO
®
Brand Pepper Sauce, lemon juice and honey together.

Cut blueberry crisp into pieces and place on plate. Top with 2 Tbsp. Of yogurt and garnish with a mint sprig.
Yield: 8 ea.
