The Drink 
 Ingredients Weight Measure
      
 Partida Silver Tequila
1 3/4 oz.
 Cucumber and Apple juice puree
2 oz.
 Lillet Blanc
1/2 oz.
 Agave Nectar or Simple Syrup
1/4 oz
 TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce
1 tsp.

Cucumber and Apple juice puree 
 Ingredients Weight Measure
      
 cucumber, puree
1 oz.
 apple juice, unfiltered
1 oz.

Method

1Shake all ingredients and strain over fresh ice into a highball glass.
2Garnish: Thin cucumber slices fanned and one chile pepper placed on the side of the glass.
3Take one cucumber and peel off the skin. Cut the cucumber into slices. Place in a blender and blend into a puree.
4In proportion mix equal parts of cucumber puree with unfiltered apple juice.

Ex. 1 oz. Cucumber puree with 1 oz. unfiltered apple juice will yield 2 oz. of the mix. Make in larger proportions for a big batch of cocktails.
