Place clean white kitchen towel, followed by a layer of cheesecloth, over a large mixing bowl. Pour puree onto cloth; carefully lift all corners, join together and twist to form a bag. Continue to gently twist bag to allow "tomato water" to fall into mixing bowl.

Freeze some of the tomato water in ice cube tray to make ice cubes for drink. Pour remaining tomato water into container with lid and chill.
