In a martini shaker (about 1/4 filled with ice), add fresh pineapple and spiced rum. Muddle well. Add pineapple juice, brown cane sugar and Original TABASCO® Pepper Sauce (approx. 5 good shakes). Add cinnamon or about 3 shakes of standard spice shaker.

Shake entire mix vigorously for 5-10 seconds. Strain and serve in a martini glass. Add pineapple fan to garnish.
