GROUPER SANDWICHES WITH SWEET & SPICY COLESLAW

Pepper Sauce

Grouper fillets or other firm white fish, 5 oz.
6 ea.
Salt and pepper
to taste
Sesame-seed sandwich buns, split
6 ea.
Method

Stir together coleslaw and TABASCO
®
SWEET & Spicy
Pepper Sauce.

Sprinkle fish fillets on both sides with salt and pepper.

Cook fish in 400
°
F oven for about 6 minutes, until done.

Meanwhile, toast sandwich buns.

Place 1 bun bottom on each plate.

Top each with fish.

Spoon slaw over fish; cover with bun tops and serve.
Yield: 6 sandwiches
