Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce

Navel orange juice, fresh squeezed

Mascarpone
6 Tbsp.
Honey
1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp.
Milk

Mint or basil leaves

Method

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cream butter and sugar together in large bowl. Add eggs one at a time; then stir in orange peel and Original TABASCO® Pepper Sauce.

In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add orange juice and flour mix alternately in batches, starting and ending with flour.

Pour batter in a well-greased 9" circular pan. Check at 25 minutes and every 5 minutes after until cake is set and golden/caramel brown on top.

In a separate bowl, whisk mascarpone and honey together. Add milk till glaze streams from spoon or fork. Drizzle over entire cake or individual slices.
