In a mixing glass muddle 6 fresh mint leaves, 10 drops of TABASCO®, 2 drops of Angostura and 2 tsps of brown sugar. Add ice, Vodka and Sour Apple Puss.

Squeeze in 2 lime wedges, stir well and strain into a cocktail glass over cracked ice. Top with a splash of soda water. Garnish with lime slices and mint leaves.
