 TABASCO® brand Bloody Mary Mix, Mildly Seasoned or Extra Spicy
3 oz.
 Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce

3 dashes
 U'luvka vodka
1-1/2 oz.
 Beef boullion
1/2 oz.
 Yellow mustard
1/2 oz.
 Goose Island® 312 Urban Wheat Ale or other wheat beer
1 oz.
 Green pickle relish

1 Tbsp.
 Ice

as needed
 Mini bagel dog, for garnish

1 ea.

Method

1Shake all ingredients but bagel dog together and pour over fresh ice. Top with splash of wheat beer or ale.
2Garnish with toasted mini bagel dog on bamboo skewer.
