ENGLISH MUFFIN WITH POACHED EGGS, TURKEY, SPINACH AND JALAPEÑO CREAM CHEESE

 English muffins, split

6 ea.
 Cream cheese, softened
6 oz.
 TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce
1 oz.
 Eggs

12 ea.
 Vinegar, white

1 Tbsp.
 Turkey breast, sliced
12 oz.
 Spinach, steamed or sautéed
12 oz.
 Green onions, chopped, for garnish

2 Tbsp.

Method

1Toast English muffins.
2Mix softened cream cheese with TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce.
3Poach eggs in simmering water with vinegar.
4Divide half of seasoned cream cheese between English muffins and top with turkey, spinach and poached eggs.
5Garnish with green onions and remaining seasoned cream cheese.

Yield: 6 servings
