Ingredients	Weight	Measure

Lime wedges		2 ea.
Montreal steak seasoning, ground		1 tsp.
Cilantro leaves		1 Tbsp.
Tequila	1-1/2 oz.
TABASCO^® Bloody Mary Mix Mildly Seasoned or Extra Spicy	6 oz.
Corona^® beer	1 oz.
TABASCO^® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce		3 dashes
TABASCO^® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce		3 dashes

Method

1		In shaker, place lime wedges, Montreal steak seasoning and cilantro; then muddle.

2		Add remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Cover and shake; strain into large glass.

3		Optional Garnishes: Green and red fried tortilla strips with green onion stalk or cilantro and chili powder–dusted tomato wedge on the edge.

Yield: 1 drink
