Preheat oven to 450°F. In a small bowl, combine ricotta cheese, green onions and 3 Tbsp. TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce. Spread on 6 flour tortillas; sprinkle with half of chopped shrimp. Top with remaining tortillas.

Top tortillas with remaining shrimp, tomato and cheese; sprinkle with remaining 3 Tbsp. TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce. Bake 5 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted.
