GREEN PEPPER BREAKFAST BURRITO

 Ingredients Weight Measure
      
 Eggs, beaten
4 oz.
2 ea.
 Flour tortilla, 12"

1 ea.
 TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce

2 tsp.
 Chorizo sausage, crumbled, cooked
2 oz.
 Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 oz.

Method

1Place beaten eggs onto griddle or into omelet pan and cook into flat omelet. Place flat omelet onto a warmed flour tortilla and spread evenly with TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce.
2Top omelet with cooked chorizo sausage and Monterey Jack cheese. Fold left and right sides of the tortilla toward the center. Roll tortilla away from you, forming a tight cylinder.
