CLASSIC MUSHROOM & PEPPERONI PIZZA

 Original TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
1-1/2 oz.
3 Tbsp.
 Prepared pizza sauce
6 oz.
3/4 cup
 Prepared pizza dough round, 14"

1 each
 Mozzarella cheese, shredded
6 oz.
1-1/2 cups
 Pepperoni, sliced thin
1-1/2 oz.
25 slices
 Mushrooms, sliced
3 oz.
1/2 cup

Method

1Combine the Original TABASCO® Pepper Sauce and pizza sauce. Reserve until needed.
2Place the dough on an oiled pizza screen. Dock the dough well. Top with the TABASCO® pizza sauce, leaving a 1" border around the edge. Spread the cheese over the sauce, and top with the pepperoni and mushrooms. Bake in a preheated 450°F oven for 7 minutes. Allow to cool; cut into 8 slices.
