GREEN-EYED SALSA

 Granny Smith apples, medium, cored and finely diced

 Green peppers, medium, seeded and finely diced

12 ea.
 Red peppers, small, seeded and finely diced

12 ea.
 Green onions, sliced

12 ea.
 Lime juice

1-1/2 cups
 TABASCO® brand Green JalapeƱo Pepper Sauce

1 cup
 Fresh parsley, chopped

3/4 cup
 Capers, small

3/4 cup
 Extra virgin olive oil

3/4 cup
 Sugar

2 Tbsp.
 Salt

1 Tbsp.

Method

1In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients until well blended. Cover and refrigerate up to 5 days. Serve with grilled chicken, fish or tortilla chips.
