MAC 'N CHEESE SOUFFLÉ

brand Pepper Sauce

Eggs

Macaroni, cooked

Breadcrumbs

Method

Make cheese sauce by placing butter in a double boiler and melting.

Add half-and-half, processed cheese, cheddar cheese and Original TABASCO
®
Pepper Sauce. Bring to boil and remove from heat. Let cool for 15 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and then fold in pasta. Add sauce and fold in gently but quickly.

Place in soufflé dishes and top with breadcrumbs.

Bake at 350
°
F in tray with a little water bath until brown and bubbly, approximately 40 minutes.
Yield: 14 4-oz. portions
