Ingredients

TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce --- 2 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce --- 1 Tbsp.
TABASCO® brand Spicy Pepper Jelly1 (10-oz.) jar---
Dark brown sugar---4-1/2 cups
Ketchup---2-1/2 cups
Blood orange, fresh juice (if unavailable, substitute regular oranges)---1 cup
White vinegar---1/2 cup
Yellow mustard---1/2 cup
Clover honey---1/2 cup
Worcestershire sauce---3 Tbsp.
Orange marmalade---2 Tbsp.
Sea salt---2 Tbsp.
Cornstarch---2 Tbsp.
Onion powder---1 tsp.
Garlic powder---1 tsp.

Preparation

In a stock pot over high heat, mix all ingredients. Whisk and bring nearly to boiling. Take care not to let the sugars burn.

Reduce heat to low and stir occasionally, until sauce reaches desired thickness.

Use sauce to baste selected meat at the end of its cooking process, returning to grill or oven afterward to set the sauce.

Best used on ribs, chicken, pulled pork or meatballs, or as a dipping sauce.
