Mac ‘n Cheese is always a crowd pleaser. Kick it up a notch with a little TABASCO® brand Scorpion Sauce for a heat like no other.

Ingredients Weight Measure
TABASCO® brand Scorpion Sauce --- 1/2 tsp.
Pasta, cooked al dente---4 cup
Unsalted Butter---3 Tbsp.
All Purpose Flour---1 1/2 tbsp.
Half & Half---1 3/4 cups
White Extra Sharp Cheddar, shredded8 oz.---
Mozzarella, shredded4 oz.---
Salt---1/2 tsp.
Pepper---1/4 tsp.



In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.

Add the flour and whisk until combined. Stir in the half & half and heat for approximately 1-2 minutes.

Sprinkle in both cheeses and stir until completely melted. Add the salt, pepper and TABASCO® brand Scorpion Sauce and stir until combined.

Slowly pour the cheese sauce over the cooked Pasta. Stir and serve.
