Fired Up Cheesy Pasta
Mac ‘n Cheese is always a crowd pleaser. Kick it up a notch with a little TABASCO® brand Scorpion Sauce for a heat like no other.

Half & Half | --- | 1 3/4 cups |
White Extra Sharp Cheddar, shredded | 8 oz. | --- |
Mozzarella, shredded | 4 oz. | --- |
Salt | --- | 1/2 tsp. |
Pepper | --- | 1/4 tsp. |
Preparation
Method
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
Add the flour and whisk until combined. Stir in the half & half and heat for approximately 1-2 minutes.
Sprinkle in both cheeses and stir until completely melted. Add the salt, pepper and TABASCO® brand Scorpion Sauce and stir until combined.
Slowly pour the cheese sauce over the cooked Pasta. Stir and serve.
