Pineapple Scorpion Sauce | --- | 2/3 cup |
Hot Fudge or Strawberry Topping | --- | 1/2 cup |

Preparation
Spicy Pineapple Sauce
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and whisk together.
Over medium high heat, bring sauce to a boil.
Turn down to a simmer and continue cooking for approximately 8-12 minutes. Sauce should reduce by half.
Remove from heat and let cool before using.
Spicy Pineapple Ice Cream Sundae
Scoop 1 cup of ice cream into each bowl. Top with pineapple sauce, hot fudge or strawberry topping, whipped cream and a cherry. Serve immediately.
