Spicy Pineapple Sauce

TABASCO® brand Scorpion Sauce --- 1/8 tsp.
Pineapple Juice---2 cups
Brown Sugar, packed---2 Tbsp.
Granulated sugar---2 Tbsp.
Cornstarch---1 Tbsp.
Salt---1/8 tsp.

Vanilla Bean Ice Cream---4 cups
Pineapple Scorpion Sauce---2/3 cup
Hot Fudge or Strawberry Topping---1/2 cup
Whipped Cream---1/4 cup

Preparation

Spicy Pineapple Sauce

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and whisk together.

Over medium high heat, bring sauce to a boil.

Turn down to a simmer and continue cooking for approximately 8-12 minutes. Sauce should reduce by half.

Remove from heat and let cool before using.

Spicy Pineapple Ice Cream Sundae

Scoop 1 cup of ice cream into each bowl. Top with pineapple sauce, hot fudge or strawberry topping, whipped cream and a cherry. Serve immediately.
