Stack & Sack Pastrami Banh Mi
|TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce||---||1/4 cup|
|Semolina rolls||---||12 ea.|
|Mustard greens||1 lb.||---|
|Pickled daikon, shredded||---||2 cups|
|Pickles, sliced thinly lengthwise||---||24 slices|
|Pastrami, sliced thinly||2 lbs.||---|
Combine TABASCO® Green Sauce and mayonnaise; set aside.
Slice each semolina roll lengthwise.
To assemble each sandwich, spread jalapeño mayo onto bottom of roll. Layer mustard greens, then shredded daikon and pickle slices, then pastrami. Close sandwiches and serve.
