Ingredients Weight Measure
TABASCO® brand Sriracha Sauce --- 1/2 cup
Alfredo sauce, prepared---3 cups
Shredded mozzarella cheese, divided---4 cups
Pizza crusts, 12-in. diameter---4 ea.
Pancetta, diced and cooked---1 cup
Broccoli raab, blanched---2 cups
Onion, sliced---1 cup
Fresh garlic, finely chopped---2 Tbsp.


Preheat oven to 375ºF.

Mix TABASCO® Sriracha Sauce, Alfredo sauce and half the mozzarella cheese.

In frying pan over medium-high heat, cook pancetta until crispy; set aside.

In same frying pan over medium-high heat, cook onions until translucent and caramelized.

Spread Sriracha Alfredo sauce onto crusts; sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top.

Layer broccoli raab, pancetta, caramelized onions and fresh garlic on top.

Bake pizzas in oven 14–16 minutes and serve.
