Veneto Alfredo Pizza

Pancetta, diced and cooked | --- | 1 cup |
Broccoli raab, blanched | --- | 2 cups |
Onion, sliced | --- | 1 cup |
Fresh garlic, finely chopped | --- | 2 Tbsp. |
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Mix TABASCO® Sriracha Sauce, Alfredo sauce and half the mozzarella cheese.
In frying pan over medium-high heat, cook pancetta until crispy; set aside.
In same frying pan over medium-high heat, cook onions until translucent and caramelized.
Spread Sriracha Alfredo sauce onto crusts; sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top.
Layer broccoli raab, pancetta, caramelized onions and fresh garlic on top.
Bake pizzas in oven 14–16 minutes and serve.
